Ms. Krause is currently the Founding Director of Exceptional Solutions, Inc. and also directions the business operations of Human Resources by Design, Inc.

With over 27 years in the Human Resources field, she has solid generalist experience in all areas of Business Development, Executive Coaching, Human Resources Administration, Performance Management, People Development, Organizational Development, Training and Development, Facilities Management, Legal Compliance (State & Federal) and Strategic Planning.
